happy 44th Singapore!

i was lucky i had the chance to attend the National Day Parade preview not once but twice this year. it's really nice to see fellow Singaporeans come together to celebrate our Nation's birthday.

i have always wanted a peter pan collared dress.

my dream came true when i stumbled upon Maggie's etsy shop.

this handmade vintage dress fits like a dream. i made a little satin bow belt to go with it.

le petit shoppe updates

i realised i do not have much time left to pack our stuffs. we will be renting our current house to a wonderful japanese family end of august. (we can't sell it yet, long story!) now here comes the bad news, our renovation plan just got approved. so it looks like we need to move to somewhere for a month or so, because our new place won't be ready in time!

i spent the whole day taking pictures of clothing and posting them up on etsy. it's really hard selling some of them. hope you like the updates!

yes, i'm keeping this vintage rosette dress and sretsis bow bustier.

but i'm selling the rest on my etsy shop.

permanent vacation

i discovered permanent vacation - a Swedish label a while ago.

instantly fell in love with their s/s 09 collection.

oh, i have just bought the floral tights after seeing it on Anabela of fieldguided. i also bought the amanda dress of the same print. the print makes me really happy.

our dear friend just gave these lovely glasses to us.

her mum bought them in the late 70s.

they recently rediscovered them when they were getting ready to move.
